Incolae Home - Accommodation Offered

We offer accommodation for couples and singles in the following options:

1. Independent semi-detached cottages with carports available;

2. Private rooms or bed sitters for those needing more care;

3. More intensive care can be given in original accommodation for as long as possible; and

4. Frail care.

Costs: The cost depends on your needs. The economical monthly rate includes everything except personal items, medication and doctor’s fees. There are no levies to pay and water and electricity are included.


	Dining room - meals may be sent to you if you are not well. 24-hour nurse-care facility with matron, sisters and care workers. Lapa and Hall for friends and family visits and can be booked for special occasions. Rolling lawns set in a landscaped garden setting for afternoon walks. Chairs and benches scattered around the complex under thatch protection for reading, resting and socialising. Totally electrified concrete perimeter wall, security gate and trained professional armed guards by night with radios.


	3 balanced meals, teas and coffees daily. Cleaning. Laundry (excluding duvets, blankets, mats). Toilet rolls and soap as required. The bus goes to the Northgate Shopping Centre every Wednesday for those folk who would like to do their own shopping and banking. Shopping-list items are purchased every second Wednesday. The Incolae doctor visits bi-weekly, and apart from the very efficient and capable in-house staff, real emergency facilities are on tap - also a physiotherapist, podiatrist, chiropodist and even a hairdresser once a week!
